Whats the best/worst photoshoot you’ve ever had?
Oh god. Erm, the worst was when I arranged a shoot with a male model and he took 2 hours to get to me when it should have took 30mins tops. What do you look for in a model?
Obviously good looks. I think models should have different kinds of beauty. Beauty is in confidence and if you are confident then you just come alive when being photographed!!
I like to see variation in styles, posing and hair/make up skills. I cant stand it when models only have one look.

What is your view on the bitchy industry you have become a part of?
To be honest, I used to love the gossip. Until I realised that what I was listening to was quite horrible stuff. I was more of a listener to the bitching rather than a sharer or a spreader of it. The only time I ever passed the gossip on was when it concerned my friends and as a good friend I told them....

How do you respond to people who do not like your work?
Dont look then?
Basically, if everyone liked the same stuff, there really would be no need for any sort of art or expression in the world. Some think I’m amazing, others think I just churn out shit. But at the end of the day, if you like what I’m “churning out” then enjoy it while it lasts!

Which photographers do you admire most/which photographers inspire you?
Helmut Newton has ALWAYS been a huge inspiration for me. The passion and artfulness of his photographs just keeps me in awe. There’s so many people I admire, but none as much as him.

Who have been your favourite models to shoot with?
A personal favourite, obviously is Miss Cobweb. We have a lot of the same thoughts on styles and what we want from photographs so shooting with her is more of a relaxed experience than a professional one.
